Pure Merlot, aged for a short time in large wooden barrels. In the glass it presents itself with a dark red. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by red fruits (cherries and blueberries), supported by spicy notes. Velvety soft and full-bodied on the palate, with pleasant, subtle tannins in the medium-long finish.
Goes well with: grilled red meat, spicy cheeses or the classic cicchettis (Italian “tapas”) such as focaccia (flatbread topped with sausage), a bruschetta with tomatoes and garlic or delicious tomato and mozzarella skewers.
