Color: The pure rosé made from the Pinot Grigio grape presents itself in the glass with a bright pink color and a subtle copper tone, caused by the short mash fermentation.
Nose: Pleasant nose with aromas of wild strawberries, Williams pear and floral notes of dried flowers.
Palate: Savory and dry on the palate; Well chilled, a very nice aperitif.
Match with: Salmon sashimi, thinly sliced and served on a bed of lettuce with a creamy avocado sauce.
