This Piedmontese red wine variant presents itself in a fruitier version and, in addition to the local Nebbiolo grape, also contains an admixture of Pinot Nero to give the wine a rounded note. Maturation takes place without contact with wood. This modern wine from Pio Cesare shows aromas of red currants and ripe dark berries. On the palate it impresses with gentle tannins and a medium structure. This wine can be enjoyed young, but also has the potential to age and refine further in the bottle.
