Presented in the glass with a pale pink color with violet reflections. Complex nose with red fruits and light roasted notes and herbs. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate, good balance of fruit and acidity. “Goanail” is a neologism from the English “goat” and “snail” for the fantasy creature that adorns the label and, according to history, lived in the forests of Navarre.
Goes well with: vegetable dishes, fried fish marinated with olive oil and herbs, also very good with pizza, pasta and grilled/fried foods.
