Description
Full-bodied red wine cuvée that presents itself in the glass with a cherry red. Aromatic nose with aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and black fruits (blackberries, dark plums), accompanied by notes of licorice, spices and herbs. Powerful and fresh on the palate with a good balance between fruit, acidity and the sweet Garnacha Tinta tannins. “Foxcon” is a neologism from the English “Fox” and “Falcon” for the fantasy creature that adorns the label and, according to history, lived in the forests of Navarre.
Pairs with: grilled or roasted red meats, spicy sausage stews and fried/grilled fish.
