When they arrived at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasted 5-7 days at a maximum temperature of 28°C. After pressing, the wine has completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before winter. Fiulot matured in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in the spring.
Historical data
"Fiulot" means "boy" in the Piedmontese dialect. A delicate Barbera with great drinkability, expressing the fragrance and youthfulness of the fruit.
tasting notes
Fiulot shows itself in lively and intense ruby red. The nose is winey and fruity, characterized by notes of plums and cherries. On the palate it is fragrant and pleasant.
