Winemaking
The grapes were pressed and destemmed. Maceration lasted about 5-7 days at a temperature of 28-30°C. Malolactic fermentation was completed in mid-December. The wines from different vineyards were blended and bottled in the spring.
Historical data
A traditional Barbera, characterized by great freshness and drinkability, from vineyards with clayey-sandy soils. A wine with great balance and pleasant taste.
Tasting notes
Prunotto's Barbera D'Alba has a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose it is vinous, with fresh floral notes of rose, which combine with impressions of ripe fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is full and harmonious.
