Brick red velvety soft port wine

Fifteen year old Colheita, presented in the glass with a light red, brick-red reflections and a brownish rim due to its age. Velvety-soft bouquet with woody aromas from long barrel aging; Notes of dry apricot and caramel tones. Present on the palate with its lively acidity that gives it freshness; expressive on the long finish with great depth.
Like all Colheitas, it goes wonderfully with a crème brûlée, desserts/cakes with dried fruits and nuts or, in the classic way, with a liver pâté.
