The color is a bright red. Aromatic bouquet with fresh fruit, balsamic, Mediterranean herbal notes, mineral character with aromas of stone and earth. Courageous and concentrated on the palate. Present, very well integrated tannins that complement the good acid structure perfectly. Long, lingering finish. A wine full of character with great aging potential.
Goes well with: spicy dishes such as a pepper steak, game dishes, lamb or spicy casseroles with mushrooms.
