Made from grapes from a special single vineyard of 7 hectares of Mencía grapes. Fermented in open barrels with whole stems. Directly appealing, finesse bouquet with Reblochon bark, notes of quark with blackberries, gorse and aromatic herbs. Juicy in the mouth, full-bodied, well balanced. Bottled without clarification or filtration.
Goes well with: a roast beef or a well-seasoned fillet with green vegetables and funghi mushrooms as a side dish.
