Deep garnet with a purple edge. Intense bouquet with aromas of ripe dark fruits (blackberries) and fine vanilla notes from barrel aging, as well as spicy and smoky hints. Powerful and gripping on the palate, balanced, round tannins. Notes of ripe black fruits, roasted aromas. Pleasantly long and harmonious in the finale with well-integrated, juicy acidity. A perfect companion for a barbecue. Also very good with pasta with spicy meat sauces, fried rice dishes and braised beef and lamb dishes.
