With OROYA, Segura Viudas has created a wine that is excellently suited to the special flavor components of sushi and Asian cuisine in general. It is a light, fruity white wine with aromas of apple and citrus that should be served well chilled. The Moscatel content gives it a noticeable initial sweetness and aroma.
