Colour: Shows a dark burgundy red in the glass.
Nose: Multifaceted bouquet with pepper, clove, balsam, dark chocolate and berries.
Palate: Powerful yet elegant on the palate, notes of dried flowers, violets. Long, present finish with a fine tannin structure, elegant, impressive.
Goes with: A perfect soloist, but you can also combine it very well with braised dishes, red meat, rump steak and strong cheeses.
