Age of the vineyards

Vinification
The grapes are transported in 22 kg plastic crates and are strictly sorted upon arrival in the cellar. After complete destemming and light crushing, the must is transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks.
maturation
The wine matures for 18 months in a 225 liter French oak barrique, which gives it a special depth and character.
Tasting note
The wine presents itself in a deep ruby red color and impresses with excellent freshness and aromatic projection on the nose, where red fruits are very well integrated with gentle spicy notes.
