León Domecq Sherry Vinegar Reserve
Maturation: Approx. 10 years in American oak
Colour: Amber to mahogany
The León Domecq Vinagre de Jerez Reserva is a masterpiece of vinegar production. Obtained from fine sherry, this vinegar is aged in American oak barrels for around 10 years. The traditional solera and criaderas system gives it an unparalleled quality.
Over the course of storage, the vinegar develops an increasingly dark color - from a warm amber to a deep mahogany. Its strong aroma on the nose, characterized by notes of vanilla, dried fruit and pickled wood, is a true feast for the senses.
On the palate, the León Domecq Vinagre de Jerez Reserva is soft and fruity, accompanied by an exquisite acidity. This makes it an excellent choice for refining gourmet dishes and salad dressings.
