Our Fine White is made from a mixture of different local grape varieties, with a large portion coming from old vines. The various wines from which this port is put together mature in barrels for around 3 years and thus acquire a gentleness and their very own character.
It is a rich but fresh wine that is excellent as an aperitif. Try it with cheese, sausages, olives or roasted almonds. It can also be wonderfully made into a refreshing Porto Tonic.
