Nose: The bouquet impresses with a delicate, complex nose in which red berries and citrus notes dominate, accompanied by spicy and vanilla notes.
Palate: fresh and with the distinctive acidity typical of Sangiovese. Elegant, silky tannins; a wine to enjoy that also has very good storage potential.
Goes with: A great soloist (large glass!), can also be served very well with game dishes, dishes with white truffles and mature cheeses.
