The Ardal Vendimia Seleccionada is a well-structured red wine, produced from grapes from vines that are on average 45 years old. Clean, bright ruby red in the glass. Complex bouquet dominated by dark fruits such as blackberries, currants and red plums, accompanied by pleasant roasted and chocolate aromas. Powerful and gripping on the palate, sustained, long finish with well-integrated tannins.
Goes with: Dishes with red meat, game, dark, strong sauces or well-ripened cheese.
