Rich in finesse, elegant, fiery in taste, sweet fruits. Rich nose with aromas of oranges and lemon peel as well as subtle notes of coffee, caramel and honey.
The 10 year old Tawny is a blend of different vintages that are on average at least 10 years old. Through the long maturation in small wooden barrels, the fine port acquires its bright, intense golden color and an aroma of crystallized, ripe fruit. An aftertaste of dried dates, harmonious with fine notes of nuts.
Goes well with: light desserts, cheese, pastries, pies or slightly chilled as an aperitif.
