Wine description: Gentle pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Cherry red with bright violet reflections. An intense fruit aroma, delicate floral notes and nuances of banana and black cherry. It is full-bodied, soft, fresh and balanced.
Goes well with cold cuts, pizza, white meat, grilled vegetables and fish soup. Excellent as an aperitif.
