Description
The white wine cuvée shows a brilliant and clear straw yellow with pale golden reflections in the glass. Pleasant bouquet dominated by citrus aromas and tropical fruits, mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, fruity, well-balanced acidity. Goes very well with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with fried vegetables, white fish or white poultry; Well chilled, it also makes a stimulating aperitif. “Butterzard” is a neologism from the English “butterfly” (butterfly) and “lizard” (lizard) for the fantasy creature that adorns the label and, according to history, lived in the forests of Navarre.
