Description
Deep dark cherry red with violet reflections. Rich bouquet, spicy, mineral, balsamic, ripe red fruits. Fine and rich in finesse on the palate, aromas of elderberry, blackthorn and blackberry. Medium-long, soft finish, well-integrated tannins and floral notes.
Goes well with: braised and game dishes, filled pasta and fine, not too strong types of cheese.
