Lovely single varietal Syrah
Color: The pure Syrah appears in the glass with an intense ruby red with violet-blue reflections.
Nose: Intense and complex nose (berries, jam, spices).
Palate: Soft and round on the palate, good balance between the fine acidity, the fruit and the tannins. Present, medium-long finish.
Goes with: Serve it with a snack of fresh raw ham, a delicious salami and medium-ripened cheeses. The red from Veneto also goes very well with fried meat and grilled foods.
