Description
Bright yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. Immediately appealing bouquet with floral scents, a touch of rose petals, exotic fruits such as lychee and hints of lime and orange peel. On the fresh palate it has a subtle sweetness, very reminiscent of the taste of fresh grapes; pleasant reverberation.
Goes well with: fish and seafood cocktails, avocado with shrimp, salmon, but also with melon with ham, poultry, pies and goose liver
Tip: a stimulating aperitif when well chilled.
