Powerful blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon
A powerful, elegant and profound wine, produced from selected grapes from vines that are on average 65 years old.
Color: Presents a ruby red color to the eye in the glass with slight brownish nuances at the edge.
Nose: Delicate, spicy nose with aromas of ripe dark fruits (blackberries, currants). There are also vanilla notes from the long barrique aging and hints of thyme, rosemary and black pepper.
Palate: Long lasting aftertaste, firm tannin structure.
Pairing: Enjoy it decanted in time as a soloist or with a grilled T-bone steak, game and roasted lamb.
